Couriers leave a calling card and reattempt delivery, or the recipient can reschedule. We also include recipient details for direct tracking, so they can manage their delivery themselves.

No. Hampers are sent as gifts, so we never include pricing details in the box. Receipts are emailed to the purchaser only.
