Tezza Corte Majoli Amarone della Valpolicella 2021 is a refined Amarone from Valpantena, crafted from organically grown Corvina, Rondinella and Corvinone grapes. The fruit is carefully dried in the traditional appassimento method before fermentation, creating remarkable depth and intensity.
The wine shows a deep ruby color with garnet highlights. The bouquet opens with ripe black cherry, dried plum and violet, followed by notes of cocoa, spice and dried roses. On the palate it is rich and warm with velvety tannins, elegant structure and a lingering finish that balances freshness with refined minerality.
This vintage pairs beautifully with braised meats, game, truffle dishes and aged cheeses, while also offering the complexity and finesse to be enjoyed on its own. Recognised with critical acclaim, it is both a rewarding wine to drink now and a bottle with excellent aging potential.
