Themed Hampers

  • What do you mean by themed hampers? 

    Our themed hampers are ready-designed options created to cover common corporate gifting needssuch asonboarding, client thankyous,high performance, team accomplishments,events, and seasonal gifting. They give youready made solutions and ideas,with flexibility to adjust where needed.   • How flexible are themed hampers? 

    They are designed to be straight forward, but not fixed. You can adjust key elements such as alcohol choice, remove or swap items for dietary reasons, and refine the overall feel without needing to start from scratch.

  • Can we add our logo or branding? 

    Yes. We can include your logo on the box, ribbon, gift tag, and message card, in addition to some of the individual products.Wecanguide you on what works best so it looks right and reflects your brand well.

  • Can we tailor hampers for different recipients? 

    Yes. Many clients use a consistent base hamper and vary certain elements; for example alcohol or messaging; depending on the recipient. This keeps it efficient for you, while still feeling personal.

  • Is there a minimum order? 

    No minimum for standard themed hampers. Some branded elements may have minimums, but we will confirm this clearly before youproceed.

  • How do we order for multiple recipients? 

    You can send a spreadsheet with names, delivery addresses, and any notes. We will sense-check it,contact you ifanything that needs clarification.

  • Can you deliver to multiple addresses? 

    Yes. We regularly handle multi-address corporate deliveries and ensure everything is packed and sent as intended.

  • What are your lead times? 

    Because we hold our own stock, themed hampers can usually be prepared quickly. Lead times depend on volume and any branding, but we will confirm timings upfront.

  • Can we include personalised messages? 

    Yes. You can use one message across all hampers or tailor them individually. We format and print them so they are consistent and well presented.

  • What if the options on the website do not quite fit? 

    The website shows a selection, not a limit. We can adjust a themed hamper or combine ideas to better suit your requirement without moving you into a full bespoke process.

  • How consistent are the hampers at scale? 

    Very consistent. We hold stock in-house and assemble everything ourselves, so both product quality and presentation are controlled across the full order.

  • Do you hold the products yourselves? 

    Yes. We hold thousands of products in-house, which allows us to maintain quality, move quickly, and keep presentation consistent.

  • Can we repeat or schedule gifting across the year? 

    Yes. Many clients use themed hampers as a repeat solution. We can keep a record of what has been sent and help vary it over time so recipients are not receiving the same thing again.

  • What happens if an item is unavailable? 

    If anything needs to change, it will always be replaced with something of equal or higher quality that fits the overall hamper. We will always maintain the standard and get your approval to change an item if it becomes unavailable. 

Build Your Own

  • What is Build Your Own? 

    This is the most flexibleoption. You select the packaging and then choose the items that go inside, allowing you to create a gift that reflects your brand, the recipient, and the occasion without starting from a blank brief.

  • What packaging options do we have? 

    You can choose from luxury magnetic boxes, wicker baskets, gift bags, and wrapping paper finishes. This allows you to control both the look and the price point, depending on the audience and occasion.

  • Can we brand the packaging and contents? 

    Yes. We can add your logo to boxes, ribbons, gift tags, and message cards.We can also brand wicker basket linings, giftbagsand bottle boxes. This is in addition to being able to brand some of the contents, such as biscuits, pens, notebooks, bottles, and many more.We will advise on the bestcombination,so it looks right and reflects your brand well.

  • How much choice do we have on products? 

    You can choose from thousands of products we hold in-house across food, drink, and non-food gifts. This gives you the freedom to build something that feels relevant rather than generic.

  • Is there a minimum order? 

    No minimum. You can create a single gift or scale up to larger volumes. For certain branded finishes, minimums may apply and will be confirmed upfront.

  • How do we manage multiple recipients? 

    You can build one core gift and use it across agroup, orvary items where needed. For delivery, you can send a spreadsheet with names andaddresses,and we will manage the fulfilment.

  • Can we tailor gifts for different people? 

    Yes. You can keep a consistent base and adjust certain items; forexample,alcohol, dietary preferences, or tone of message; depending on the recipient.

  • Can we include personalised messages? 

    Yes. You can use one message across all gifts or tailor them individually. We will format and print them, so they are consistent and well presented.

  • How do we place an order? 

    You can build directly on the site or send us your requirements. For larger or more detailed orders, we can sense-check your selection and confirm everything before processing.

  • How consistent are the gifts at scale? 

    Very consistent. We hold stock in-house and assemble everything ourselves, so both product quality and presentation are controlled across the full order.

  • Can we repeat or schedule gifting across the year? 

    Yes. We can keep a record of what you have send (which will also be saved in your account on the site)and help you vary future orders, so recipients are not receiving the same combination again.

  • What is the difference between Build Your Own and bespoke? 

    Build Your Own gives you full control using our existing range and packaging, making it quicker and more direct. Bespoke is better when you don’t have time to select items and want us to do that for you – to a budget. Or, if you want items not on the site which we will source specifically. Sometimes bespoke is also suited to more complex briefs, larger campaigns, or where you want us to design multiple concepts for you.

Bespoke

  • What is a corporate bespoke hamper?

    A bespoke hamper created specifically for your business and the occasion you are recognising. You provide the recipient type, occasion and budget, and we select products from our full stocked range to create a gift that reflects your brand.

  • What is the minimum price?

    Corporate bespoke hampers start from £60 plus VAT. Postage, your company logo, a printed message and a gift tag are all included at no additional cost.

  • Can we choose a hamper basket or gift box?

    Yes. You can choose either a hamper basket or a luxury magnetic gift box depending on the presentation you prefer. We are very flexible.

  • Can we include our company logo?

    Yes. Your logo can be added to the gift box and/or card, free of charge. You can upload it when completing the form or email it to smiles@tophampers.com.

  • Can we add a message to the gift?

    Yes. We include a complimentary printed message and gift tag so you can personalise the gift or explain the reason for sending it.

  • Can the contents be personalised for the recipient? 

    Yes. We can include personalised items such as initials or messages, or you can ask us to include suitable personalised elements based on the information you provide.

  • Do we need to approve the contents before dispatch? 

    No. The bespoke option is designed to be efficient. You provide the brief and we design the hamper for you. 

    If you would like a record of what was included, we can send a list of contents after dispatch. 

  • How quickly can bespoke corporate hampers be delivered? 

    Bespoke hampers work to the same delivery time frames as the rest of our website. Once your order is placed and paid for online, we prepare and dispatch within the delivery schedule you choose.

  • Can we order just one hamper? 

    Yes.You can order a single hamper or multiple hampers. If multiple you can provide message variants and any product variants (such as dietary requirements) by email or in the note box on the order form. 

  • Can hampers be sent to multiple addresses? 

    Yes. Corporate clients often send hampers to recipients indifferent locations. Addresses and delivery details can be provided during the order process, or by file/spreadsheet by email after ordering. 

  • Do you hold stock or order items in? 

    All products are selected from our full range and held in stock. This allows us to prepare and dispatch hampers quickly while still designing each one to suit the brief.Sometimes for larger orders we order in additional items. And for very specific requests (such as a particular wine vintage).

  • How do you ensure the hamper represents our brand well? 

    We select items carefully so they work well together visually and suit the occasion and recipient. We colour coordinate the contents and ensure the overall presentation is balanced and professionally arranged.

  • What occasions are corporate bespoke hampers typically used for? 

    Common examples include client thank you gifts, celebrating a successful deal or placement, welcoming new employees, employee recognition, retirement or long service recognition, comfort or wellness and condolences, weddings and new babies, and seasonal gifting such as Christmas.
